The Transparency Act

Human rights and decent working conditions are areas we uphold within our own company and with our partners. The Transparency Act provides us with strong guidelines for how we work on these issues.

Everyone who wishes to know should be able to see what due diligence assessments have been made at our company and how any adverse impacts of our operations are managed.

The law, which came into force on 1 July 2022, requires the publication of such due diligence assessments by 30 June 2025. During the period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025, we have conducted a due diligence assessment within our organization.
