  • For Tenants

    On Min Side (via hybel.no), you can view the status of your invoices, update personal information, and much more.

  • Fire & Safety

    Frost Eiendom AS takes fire safety seriously and has installed a comprehensive fire alarm system. If a fire occurs in one apartment, all units in the building will be alerted. Please note that the alarm is not connected to the fire department—if a fire occurs, you must call them immediately yourself.

    If the system triggers a false alarm, you can deactivate it using the override panel on your floor. You must do this within 4 minutes to prevent the entire building from being alarmed.

    Make sure to familiarize yourself with the fire safety instructions upon moving in, review escape routes, and learn how the override panel works.

  • Tenancy Agreement

    You can view your rental agreement under “Lease Contract” on Min Side (hybel.no)

  • Termination (Notice Period)

    Rental agreements at Nærbyen 24/7 (also applicable here) require three months’ notice, effective from the 1st of the month. The lease ends on the last day of the month at 12:00 PM. Notice must be submitted in writing via email or via Min Side (hybel.no).
    Refer to section 12 in your rental agreement for details on how the apartment should be handed back.

    The property manager will contact you after receiving notice to arrange an inspection of the apartment. This happens early to clarify any necessary repairs and who is responsible. The deposit is returned after the hand-over is approved and once any costs related to repairs (with invoices if applicable) have been submitted.

  • Parking

    Unfortunately, there are no dedicated parking spaces associated with Frostgården.

  • Electricity

    Electricity consumption is settled twice a year, in June and December. The difference between your advance payments (á konto) and the actual usage will either be invoiced or credited at settlement.

    Annual consumption can vary depending on usage, weather, temperature, and electricity prices. Each unit is billed based on its share of the building’s total area.
    It’s possible to influence your own usage—please be mindful of energy efficiency. Simple measures, like turning off gaming consoles and unplugging chargers when not in use, can help lower costs.

  • TV & Internet

    Broadband services are delivered by Telia, and you can find information letters from Telia here.

    If you experience problems with TV or internet, or if you would like to order additional services, you can contact Telia by phone at 92 40 50 50 or via their customer service at www.telia.no/kundeservice/kontakt-oss/.

    The agreement between Frost Eiendom AS and Telia gives you as a tenant greater freedom of choice.

    How do I access the services included in the rent?

    To access the services included in the rent, contact Telia to receive the equipment you need. The equipment is personal to you as long as you are a customer, and must be returned to Telia if you move to another address.

    How do I collect the equipment?

    The equipment can be picked up at Telia stores (Trondheim Torg and City Syd). Opening hours follow those of the shopping center. Remember to bring valid ID and confirmation of your tenancy.

    Is the equipment difficult to set up?

    The equipment comes with a good user manual and a simple installation guide in Norwegian. If you need help with installation, setup assistance can be ordered as an additional service from Telia. If you collect the equipment in person, you can also receive tips and advice on both use and setup.

    What if I want to order additional services?

    Additional services can be ordered from Telia at any time. The services will be activated immediately upon ordering.

    How do I return the equipment to Telia if I move?

    The easiest way is to return the equipment to a Telia store, either at Trondheim Torg or City Syd. The stores follow the opening hours of the shopping centers.

    The modem and TV box must be returned when moving. Alternatively, you can send the equipment by post. In that case, contact Telia for information on how to proceed.

  • Rental Guarantee

    In collaboration with Tryg Insurance, we offer a good alternative to a traditional deposit account. When purchasing a rental deposit guarantee, the tenant only pays 14% of the deposit amount, and avoids tying up a large sum in a deposit account. The guarantee provides the same security for the landlord.
