Frost Næringsutleie: Customer satisfaction tops national rankings

In the last year we have focused a great deal on commercial lettings. Jarle Pettersen has completed his first full year as property manager for our commercial properties, and this has allowed us to follow up on our tenants even more closely and directly than before. A customer satisfaction index (CSI) is created by asking how satisfied customers are on a scale from 1 to 5. The results are then converted into an index from 0 to 100 (1 = 0 points. 2 = 25 points. 3 = 75 points etc.). This is the same index used by the Norwegian Customer Satisfaction Barometer in its annual survey.
Frost Eiendom achieved a CSI score of 90!

We cannot thank you enough for your feedback, and we promise that we will continue to do everything we can for our tenants in the coming year.

We also received feedback on things that could be improved. There was dissatisfaction with people smoking by the entrance and with the lack of shower facilities, amongst other things. These matters will be put right.

You can read more about improvements being made following the survey here.

There is cut-throat competition in the commercial lettings market in Trondheim. We have aimed to be flexible both in terms of service and in adapting premises and leases to suit our tenants. This has proved to be beneficial to both landlord and tenants. We have now rented out almost all of the Teglgården building, and we will be a key contributor to making Fossegrenda even more attractive to business.
